Compliance Training

The Coalition will be offering a compliance training to prepare Ohio ABA providers for current compliance with contracts and healthcare law, and future federal Office of Inspector General (OIG) ABA service audits we expect here in Ohio. This is a critical time for ABA providers, and we need to ensure, all providers are in compliance and prepared so we can avoid some of the audit pitfalls and paybacks that other states have experienced. We are excited to offer this very important training in a two-step format.

Join us on February 18th for a Day at the Statehouse in support of House Bill 453. Please let us know if you can come to Columbus a day early to meet with key legislators on the House Insurance Committee. We will make appointments starting after 10:30am and up to 5pm. To learn more about HB453, check out https://www.asdohio.com/hb-453/.
